WORKAMPERS:

We are hiring 2 couples for the upcoming 2023 season. starting on April 1st 2023 for at least 6 months or longer (we are open year round).

Start date is negotiable.

Duties: office (based on skills and availability) Housekeeping, event set up, event assistant with décor and tablescapes, housekeeping, maintenance and grounds keeping.

Leeric Lodge and Resort on Center Hill Lake is a family owned business. We are in an Event Venue and Vacation Rental property (no long term tenants, we only do nightly and events) on 20 acres with views of Center Hill Lake and Upper Cumberland Mountains.

Located: Silver Point, TN

1 hour from Nashville, 2 hrs from Chattanooga and Knoxville- the Smoky Mountains are just a 30 min drive from there. Plenty of water falls, kayaking, hiking and site seeing in the area.

If you love to be on the Lake, we are only 7 miles from 3 different marinas and the famous Caney Fork River.

We offer a relaxing environment, surrounded by the beautiful nature, deer and wild turkeys. You will be parked on our property (we are not an RV Park) you will be working along side us.

Each person would be expected to work at least 10 hrs each, but high peak season of summer & fall could be up to 30 - 40 hours a week. Based on 20 hours, couples a week would be in exchange for your spot. (electric, water, broadband wifi) meaning the couple would split it and work 10 hrs each. This is for the first 4 months, after that your site will be free. High season, at least two days off. With same days off.

Duties:

-Office includes but not limited to: customer service, answering the phone, taking reservations, sending emails, taking payments, handling cash, etc. Must be self motivated, friendly, positive, smiling, have great people skills, have great communication skills. Must be computer literate with Microsoft office, able to text, use social media and schedule meetings. Basic math knowledge is a must.

-Housekeeping includes cleaning units after guests check-out, maintaining clean and attractive guest units for the guests of Resort, making sure public bathrooms are clean and stocked, and the laundry room as well, folding sheets and towels. You must be meticulous, diligent, detail oriented and fast, also good in organization. Please note, some of the units have bunk beds, you must be able to make bunk beds.

-Maintenance includes but not limited to: basic electrical and plumbing, basic painting and carpentry, knowledge in operating most electric tools, cleaning Lodge and glamp sites, common area, raking, mowing grass, picking up and removing trash, empty trash and containers, planting and maintaining flower beds.

We are looking for those who are experienced in hospitality, cleaning experience, not afraid to get your hands dirty, clean, flip glamp sites, airbnb, and wedding venue, lawn maintenance, set up and tear down during events, greet guests, ect). Those with a green thumb are encouraged.

Must have construction experience, the stamina to be able to work and follow directions. Knowledge and experience actually building with hands will be important for this position. We are not looking for those who require a label for a job title. We all work together to get the job done. If you have been known to say, that's not in my job description, this may not be the gig for you. Not everyday here is the same.

PAY: We start at $10 an hour with possible pay increase after 1st 30 days, based of performance.

YEAR END BONUS: For every hour worked during the month of September til end of November receive an additional $1.00 an hour for completed commitment date.

Large portion of events, weddings are during this time. We are extremely busy during these months.
